Christine Brown appears to be happier since leaving Kody Brown, and she is ready to move on from Sister Wives after the recent season. The Utah native joined Kody's polygamous family as his third wife in March 1994. Although Christine and Kody had six children together, their relationship was never loving. Things deteriorated rapidly after Robyn Brown, Kody's fourth wife, joined the family. Kody began neglecting his three wives, choosing to spend most of his time with Robyn and her children. After feeling unappreciated for years, Christine ended her spiritual marriage with Kody in November 2021.

Christine decided to re-enter the dating scene in late 2022 and soon found David Woolley. Surprisingly, by March 2023, Christine had fallen head over heels with David. Despite only knowing each other for less than a year, the couple took their relationship to the next level by getting engaged in April 2023. Although many Sister Wives cast members doubted their fast-paced relationship, Christine and David believed they were soulmates and decided to tie the knot without delay. In October 2023, the couple got married and even had the opportunity to film a two-part Sister Wives wedding special.

She was previously married to Kody and involved in a polygamous relationship with their blended family. Now that Christine has married David, she is no longer part of Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri's lives. She can now live on her terms without feeling obligated to explain herself to anyone.
