Combat sports does amazing things in terms of marketing and event revenue. One of the few things combat sports does NOT do well is breakout creative. Trailers are generally formulaic and serious. Set up up face vs heel, hero vs villain, rematch, trilogy, etc. Rarely are they this creative and conceptual and funny. Oh, and inspired synch as well. Not the expected Hip Hop or heavy music male singer track. Kudos. #sports #marketing #combatsports. #creative.

Despite some similarities, season ticket holders form a heterogeneous group of individuals.In my empirical research on no-shows, I often stress that season ticket holders (STHs) account for most football spectator no-show appearances.However, that's only half the truth.In fact, we tend to observe significant differences in STH no-show behavior, for instance, when it comes to the role of age. Intriguingly, the no-show probability is lowest for relatively young and old STHs and the highest between 40 and 50.Why's that? One reason is that one's identification with a favorite (football) team tends to be the lowest in mid-life.And guess what? In many football clubs, most STHs are from exactly this otherwise financially attractive cohort.It may be time to target grandparents and their grandchildren rather than just father and son...

Insane Super Bowl ad by Cetaphil - might be the best we see tonight.It has everything you need for a memorable Super Bowl ad this year:- Emotion- Relatability- Taylor Swift They also do a really great job of alluding to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce without directly mentioning them. 1) “Well folks, there she is. It’s the most famous fan of the game.”2) Red #89 jersey is close to Kelce's 87 and short for Taylor Swift's album 1989 3) #13 = Taylor's favorite number4) Swiftie bracelets featured throughoutNot a fan of releasing Super Bowl ads before the game but this one already has a few million views on TikTok and generating some talk.
